I have worked as a registered paramedic since 2012 after training with the London Ambulance Service since 2009.
I discovered a passion for teaching resuscitation skills through the British Heart Foundation Heart Start programme, teaching mainly lay people basic life support. This came from seeing the real benefit of ‘by stander’ CPR in the pre hospital setting and the real difference it can make to a positive outcome for the patient.
I am new to A to E but hope to be fully qualified to teach ALS course by the end of the year. I look forward to gaining lots of in hospital experience and sharing this through my teaching.
Outside of work I enjoy playing touch rugby, cycling and spending times with friends
