What we need

  • place of work
  • special requirements such us dietary requirements
  • payment card details
  • billing address

Why we need it

We need your personal data in order to provide you with the following services:

  • Name, address, phone number, email address, professional registration number, job title in order to fulfil contractual obligation in terms of providing training and producing certification
  • payment card details, billing address in order to charge for the services provided by the Company

What we do with it

Your personal data is processed in the United Kingdom. We use cloud storage providers to store your details.

Sage, AccessPlanit and Resuscitation Council

How long we keep it

We will keep your documents for no more than 7 years in accordance to our Data Retention Policy. After this period, your personal data will be irreversibly destroyed.

What are your rights?

Under General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) you have the following rights: to information, to access, to rectification, to be forgotten, to restriction of processing, to notification, to data portability, to object and to appropriate decision making.
