Terms & Conditions

Payment Terms

Courses and/or services must be paid for in full within 30 days of receipt of invoice. Invoices will normally be raised 30 days prior to course delivery or on booking if less than 30 days before the course. Invoices will be deemed to be received 2 business days from date of post mark when posted and 1 business day when sent by email. Payment terms for individual service contracts will be included in the service level agreement provided to the client by A to E Training & Solutions Ltd. All accounts which remain unpaid 30 days from receipt of invoice will incur a 10% service charge compound monthly until settled.

Course & Service Costs

Costs for courses and services will be based on the delivery of training or service at the client's premises unless otherwise specifically stated. Were full courses are offered no reduction is made if the maximum number of participants does not attend.

Transferring of Course

The client is required to provide A to E Training & Solutions Ltd with twenty one (21) calendar days notice of any change of date. Changing of course dates will incur a 10% administration fee of the course cost when notified prior to twenty one (21) calendar days. Any course notified later than twenty one (21) before the course date, course or service fees will still be payable and no reduction or refund will be given.

Cancelling Courses

Twenty one (21) calendar days notice must be provided by the client to A to E Training & Solutions Ltd of the cancellation of any booked course or service. A to E Training & Solutions Ltd reserves the right to charge a 10% administration fee for any cancellation made twenty one (21) calendar days prior to the course of service delivery date. If a client fails to provide A to E Training & Solution Ltd with twenty one (21) days notice of any cancellation, course or service fees will still be payable and no reduction or refund will be given.

Cancellation of Course by A to E Training & Solutions Ltd

A to E Training & Solutions reserves the right in exceptional circumstances to cancel a course or service delivery at any time without liability. In these circumstances an alternative date, credit note or refund will be provided. A to E Training & Solutions Ltd will endeavour to provide the client with as much notice as possible if the need to cancel or postpone a course or service occurs.

Changes to Course or Service Content

A to E Training & Solutions Ltd is committed to delivering the highest quality service which is evidence based to its clients. The company reserves the right to alter any course content without prior notice to ensure that the information provided is the most current. Where it is possible notice of any content change will be notified to clients.

Parking

Clients will need to provide parking facilities for the duration of the course. Where it is not possible to arrange A to E Training & Solutions Ltd reserve the right to add a parking supplement on to the final invoice to cover the cost of parking, this will be notified to the client in advance of the invoice being issued.

Confirmation

Unless we receive written communication regarding non acceptance of these terms A to E Training and Solutions accept that these terms have been accepted by the Purchaser.
